Utah State redshirt junior Alyssa Snyder discusses her return to indoor track competition after being forced to miss both the indoor and outdoor seasons last year as a result of a spinal injury when she suffered a stress reaction in the pedicles of her L5 vertebrae. Snyder earned All-America honors in both cross country and the outdoor 10,000 meters in 2017. She paced the field for the first half of the 5,000 meters at Boise State's Jacksons Indoor Invitational at Ford Idaho Center.
